Yoga classes are taught in English at a smooth pace. Lectures are focused on harmonisation of the physical and neural system. With regular practice of asanas the body becomes stronger, more immune and more flexible. On the other hand, the mind becomes more open to new ways of thinking, creating space to notice one‘s own thoughts and getting freedom to alter them. Regular practitioners become better at controlling their emotions and have more ability to change unwanted behaviours. Every class is structured in three parts. First we relax in the seated or lying position, bringing awareness to one‘s own body and breath and listening to a short introduction of the class. Then we start by practicing a carefully chosen set of asanas that support the theme of the class. Lastly we finish the class with a relaxation practice either pranayama, meditation, yoga nidra or visualisation exercise.
